Board of Adjustment & Appeals

Purpose

The City's Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) hears appeals on zoning and building code decisions and requests for variances to the zoning ordinance.

Members

The Board consists of five (5) members and one (1) City Council alternate member, all of which reside in the Village and are appointed by the City Council.
