2. Electrical (400 Amp or Greater Service)
   All electrical work with a service of 400 amps or greater requires plan review. Electrical work of lesser amps requires an Electrical Permit, but no plan review is required. All electric work in Cherry Hills Village requires a permit separate from any other permits which may be in place. If you have any questions on the permitting of your electrical project, contact the Community Development Department at 303-783-2721.

   To apply for this type of permit, you will need to provide the following items:

   Xpress Bill Pay - Plan Review Payment

   A plan review fee of $340 is required for all Electrical plans with a 400 amp or greater service. Payment is accepted via Xpress Bill Pay. Once your payment has been processed, enter your name and the Transaction Number of your payment in the fields below.
