Extra Patrol Program

The Police Department's Extra Patrol program is a community program that provides increased police patrol and/or enforcement activity at a specific location or localized area due to a specific problem, such as: threats, harassment, criminal occurrences, or traffic complaints. This program allows for citizens to alert our department about situations that require extra attention from our patrol department. This program also allows for our officers to relay information to each other about locations or situations that require extra attention. To request an Extra Patrol, please contact the Police Department with the following information:

1. Your name, address, and telephone numbers.
2. The specific location or general area that you are requesting additional patrol or enforcement activity.
3. If appropriate, the beginning and ending dates.
4. The reason for the extra patrol and any additional information.
