A "Recreational Use" is a detached, subordinate structure located on the same lot as the principal building at that address, the use of which is customary and incidental to the use of the principal building, but is not an Accessory Structure (such as a guest house, a detached garage, or a barn, for example). Examples of Recreational Uses include, but are not limited to: swimming pools, sport courts, outdoor kitchens, and fire pits. To apply for this type of permit, you will need to provide the following items:
A plan review fee of $320 is required for all Recreational Uses. Payment is accepted via Xpress Bill Pay. Once your payment has been processed, enter your name and the Transaction Number of your payment in the fields below.
