An "Accessory Structure" is a detached, subordinate structure located on the same lot as the principal building at that address; the use of which is customary and incidental to the use of the principal building. Examples of Accessory Structures include, but are not limited to: detached garages, guest houses, barns, pool houses, and storage sheds. Swimming pools and tennis courts (when not enclosed) are considered to be Recreational Uses, but must adhere to Accessory Structure setback requirements. To apply for this type of permit, you will need to provide the following items:
A plan review fee of $320 is required for all Accessory Structures. Payment is accepted via Xpress Bill Pay. Once your payment has been processed, enter your name and the Transaction Number of your payment in the fields below.
