DRCOG Regional Transportation Plan
Public Comment Period = Oct 2nd through Oct 31st, 2023
The goals of the Transportation Demand Management Strategic Plan are to:
- Improve mobility and travel choices
- Improve air quality
- Improve transportation safety
- Enhance transportation equity
The plan is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2023.
DRCOG Civic Academy
Apply for the DRCOG Civic Academy!
Through the seven-week course, the academy exposes participants to important regional issues like transportation, economic vitality, housing, civic engagement and more. Each course includes weekly three-hour sessions consisting of lectures from local subject matter experts, small-group interactions and networking. In addition, participants develop individual action plans to put into place upon completing the academy.

Agency on Aging
Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) is the federally designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado (ADRC) for eight counties including Arapahoe County. DRCOG connects older adults, adults with disabilities and their caregivers and families with information and services to help them remain in their homes or maintain their quality of life in long-term care facilities.
